Virgin flights are all long-haul. And stopovers for Cabin Crew can last up to five days. So the chance to see the world, a big sell for any job, becomes a pretty irresistible draw. This campaign made the most of it while highlighting key messages about what you had to bring to the party. As a bonus, the unconventional, on-brand illustrative style helped pave the way for a Best Art Direction gong at the RADs.
